  • Access & Accounts. The App requires a valid login tied to a client sub‑account we provision. Public downloads cannot access client data without authorization.
  • Data Collected in the App. Profile info, business/contact records you enter, files you upload, usage logs, and device push tokens. Optional device permissions (Camera/Photos/Microphone) are used only for the related feature and are controllable in your device settings.
  • Push Notifications. With your consent, we send account and activity notifications. You can disable push in device settings; some functions may be limited.
  • Analytics & Diagnostics. We use minimal diagnostics to improve stability and performance.
  • Third‑Party Infrastructure. The App operates on third‑party platforms (including our CRM/app provider). Their access is limited to operating the service on our behalf.
  • Data Retention in the App. We retain App data for as long as your account is active or as needed for services, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

SMS / A2P Messaging

We comply fully with carrier guidelines for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging.

Important disclosures regarding your mobile data and SMS consent:

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
  • Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
  • All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services.

By providing your phone number on our website or booking portal, you explicitly consent to receive:
